Linda Vista Plaza

Linda Vista Plaza is designed on a small lot so one of the main goals was to optimize the space and have as many commercial modules as possible, so the entire building is based on a grid that helps project the main structure of the building.

 

The design also makes use of bioclimatic design strategies such as lighting and natural ventilation, use of blinds to control solar incidence, use of permeable concrete in parking lots to recycle rainwater
