My Funny Space Apartments

My Funny Space Apartments is a two-story building with apartments for students, it is located near one of the most important universities in Managua, UCA. ​

 

The design is inspired by a minimalist architectural style with a metal framework for the main structure and concrete walls on the sides, the building has a cantilever on the main facade that serves as a sun protection element for the ground floor, the building has wooden elements that provide contrast and generate character to the facade of the building and that at the same time provide sun protection in the main access and main access
